Refunds: At pout pure kisses, we take pride in offering the best quality products that are made with care and attention to detail. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A

Exchanges:

At pout pure kisses, all sales are final,and we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you receive a damage product,we are happy to offer an exchange. 

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at brusheslayglam@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement product promptly. 

Please note that exchange are only applicable for items that are damaged from our delivery or service. We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
